break to unbind your muscles, relieve tensiona and decrease stress.
This brief class just might make your afternoon enjoyable. We will
focus more on how to relieve stress and tension by learning breathing
techniques and relaxation poses. This class is for all! Each of
us have problems whether they be big or small. Let us show you a
new way to focus productively.

Yoga
This original class is for anyone and everyone interested
in learning more about yoga. This class is perfect for newcomers
or veterans, and I believe that all will benefit. We will work on
balance and flexibility, and I will increase your strength and energy
level. We will learn basic yoga poses, including the sun salutation.
I will show you how important basic stretching is to our everyday
life. Try it…You’ll like it!!!

yoga experience for the individual that would like to take their
practice one step further. This extraordinary class will offer you
more challenging poses, some light meditation, and more knowledge
on how to understand yoga, rather than just going through the motions
and poses. Trying to push yourself beyond your limits will do you
good!
Advanced
Yoga
Yoga has eight limbs and the physical postures
or "asanas" is only one of the eight components of yoga.
In this advanced class, you will learn the science of the complex
ethical, moral and spiritual tools to help understand the self and
the world around us. We will do advanced poses, meditation, and
overall learn a broader context of what yoga is. Uniting the body,
mind and spirit will truly be practiced and your limits will definitely
be exceeded. We may just wrap your legs around your head... but
please do not let that scare you. This class is only for the experienced
yogi.

Pre-Natal Yoga
So now, you’re going to be a mama, and you
are lucky to be reading this yoga info. Practicing yoga during pregnancy
is probably one of the best things you could do for yourself and
your baby. During labor, it is very important that you stay focused
and relaxed to help your birthing process progress. Yoga will help
you stay fit and flexible, while toning the pelvic area, increasing
circulation, and teaching breathing techniques. All of these are
important factors during pregnancy and birth. A healthy and relaxed
mind will help you stay calm and balanced with your body. Good luck!!

Body Strength Training
Being a certified personal trainer and
a certified fitness trainer brings it to my attention that most
people do not know the correct way to strengthen or build the
muscles. This class will teach you the correct way to get longer,
leaner, and stronger muscles which will improve your overall well
being. We use low weights, lots of reps, and resistance training
to achieve the best for your body.

Kid
Yoga (ages 6-12)
Call or email ahead! These classes will teach your child how to develop
deep breathing techniques, concentration,balance, flexibility,
and coordination through stretching and strengthening every part
of the body. Balance poses use a lot of concentration, which requires
the mind to focus clearly. The mental skills being practiced during
yoga will stimulate the nerves allowing the children to actually
learn easier. Children will begin to build a strong self-assurance
allowing them to flow smoother through life.
Not only do children benefit mentally, but physically as well.
Routine stretching will keep flexibility, coordination, and strength,
which will prevent injuries during any kind of strenuous activities.
We will teach them how to understand their bodies and how to release
any kind of tension that they may have. I would like for them
to not yet worry about life's challenges and keep their spirits
genuine, healthy, and bright.
